Common questions
How do I start?
Call our office or fill out the admissions form. We ask a few questions, check your insurance and schedule an assessment.
Do you take Medicaid?
Yes. We accept Virginia Medicaid (Cardinal Care) and work with Cardinal Care health plans. Call us to confirm your specific plan.
What is the difference between PHP and IOP?
Partial hospitalization (PHP) runs most of the day, 20 or more hours a week. Intensive outpatient (IOP) is fewer hours across the week so you can keep working or going to school.
What should I do if I am in crisis right now?
Call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. 988 can send a mobile crisis team to you.
